  • Shaped the end-to-end user experience for a walk-up, autonomous diagnostic booth

  • Articulated KwikCheck’s product vision and positioned it within gaps across healthcare access, urgent care, and preventive screening

User Research

  • Developed a primary customer persona representing individuals seeking fast, reliable diagnostics without clinic friction

  • Synthesized user motivations around convenience, trust, and immediate results

  • Identified psychological and systemic barriers to routine preventive care adoption

Systems & Feature Architecture

  • Co-designed the core booth ecosystem including self-guided intake, diagnostics flow, and AI-driven triage

  • Defined system logic for test sequencing, result delivery, and care routing

  • Helped translate clinical constraints into an intuitive, consumer-facing experience

  • Created and refined KwikCheck’s Visual Value Proposition
